On 23 October 2103, a man tried to abduct a 13-year-old girl near the Pennwood Crossing Mobile Home Park near Morrisville, Pennsylvania. A man driving a pickup pulled up to the girl and called to her to come to him. The girl ignored him, and the man got out of the pickup and started walking toward her. A motorist — a hero — witnessed what was happening and drove his vehicle between the man and the girl — the girl ran away and escaped. In an attempted abduction in August 2013 in Morrisville, a man grabbed an eight-year-old girl who was in a backyard. The girl bit the man and escaped.
